Until a few months ago, I was able to access US Census data from Heritage quest, which was available online to anyone with a Florida Public Library card. This online access has been discontinued. However, the Mid-continent Public Library (http://www.mcpl.lib.mo.us/), A Missouri Public Library system, will issue cards to out of state members, with access to Heritage Quest and other online services. I don't recall exactly what the annual cost is, but It was in the neignborhood of $20 - $25. I have found it very satisfactory and recommend looking at the site. Toxey

Heritage Quest is a wonderful program

Heritage Quest is a wonderful program, especially for searching for Revolutionary War Pension records. It is a program that Public Libraries all over the country subscribe to. They pay the fees for you to use your own library card numbers at home using your Public Library web page. Check with your local library!
They will be pleased to help you!
