The annual Hall reunion in the Bone Valley section of Hazel Creek in the GSMNP will be held at the picnic area between Bone Valley and Hall Cemeterys. Halls and related families will arrive by boat across Fontana Lake and Park shuttles and walking canes will carry us on to the depths of the Park to our ancestral home in Swain County, NC. There you can see the old home sites the grown over fields , the Crate Hall cabin and also help with the yearly "decoratuion" of the resting places of many direct descendants of John Hall Esq. On the journey you will pass through the old timber town of Proctor and the ruina of the Ritter Lumber Co. Contact George Ensley for more info.
