I seem to have lost all my recent work in my genealogy files.
Will have to spend some time checking to see what was lost.
No indication of a virus.
Maybe the heat, it was up to 108 saturday and our AC keeps our house at 80 which may be to hot for the computer memory.
I'll try not to be off to long.

Has anyone heard from Danna Twyman Gibson lately? I went on the Twyman Mills web site and it is no longer available. Do you know if she has published her book on John Hall of Burke County yet. If so, is it available?

I have a family not related to the Halls that has a surname Dee, last known to be in Topeka, Kansas. I realize that the name in question may still not be Dee, but it might solve where such a name came from.
