Business Item: My sponsorship of the John Hall Site has been renewed for the comming year. In the process of so doing, I received a pleasant surprise. Last year, I was overcharged and paid double. The overcharge is being credited to next year. I have received gracious offers of help with the expense of the site. The cost is nominal and not burdomsome. When I promised Don Godfrey to keep the site going this was part of that obligation. Where I believe I have fallen short is in leadership and inspiration. Don was a great cheerleader as well as a first rate genealogist. As either, I cannot replace him. However, I am heartened by good research being accomplished and posted here in the past couple of years. I have renewed my interest and am beginning to research our Halls again after an unfortunate lapse. I am finishing some of the obligations which have interfered, and hope to do some posting and asking some questions, in the near future. Stimulated by a recent posting by Linda Cushing, I am also looking into DNA services. and post my findings. Sincerely, Toxey
