I've got a problem with my genealogy files.

Donald Godfrey - Jul 23, 2006

I seem to have lost all my recent work in my genealogy files.
Will have to spend some time checking to see what was lost.
No indication of a virus.
Maybe the heat, it was up to 108 saturday and our AC keeps our house at 80 which may be to hot for the computer memory.
I'll try not to be off to long.

Dee is a family name

Linda Cushing - Oct 4, 2006

I have a family not related to the Halls that has a surname Dee, last known to be in Topeka, Kansas. I realize that the name in question may still not be Dee, but it might solve where such a name came from.

Two newest members of the Don Godfrey family.

Donald Godfrey - May 31, 2006

Tallan Lazaro Medeiros (male twin), born 11:38 A.M. on the 25th of April 2006 , 5 lbs, 7 oz and 20 inches and Kai Maricela Medeiros (female twin), born 11:58 A.M. on the 25th of April 2006, 6 lbs, 3 oz., and 20 inches.
Born in Clovis Comunity Hospital in Clovis, Fresno Co, CA.
Twins, parents: Shawn and Cat Medeiros, grandparents Deborah and Paul Medeiros and great grandparents Don and Doris Godfrey are all doing well.

4 in 1 printer, prints, copies, fax and scans.

Donald Godfrey - Jun 3, 2006

I guess you can tell, I needed a new printer, so I looked into these new, cheap, do everthing printers.
I found one for about $70.00 at a discount store, that works very well.
So you can look forward to more pictures.
Now, if I could just get myfamily to upload pictures easier without having to stay up until 2 or 3 A.M. I would be happy.

Sarah Ann Hall married to John T. Mason

Donald Godfrey - Jul 5, 2006

I think I've got it right now. Sarah Mason and John Mason's family is in the 1870 Benton Co, AR census with Sarah's sister Mary Hall, both daughters of Robert and Mary Queen Hall. I've posted a descendants chart on John and Sarah Mason in the "File Cabinet". I'm going to leave Aaron Roper's file for a while and do some more research because he may be married to a Sarah Hall? Sorry for any trouble I've caused anyone. Don
