Joshua Hall Court Proceedings

I am trying to figure out how to post a copy of something I found shocking regarding Joshua Hall. I realize those were different times and who knows what provoked him but here is my feable attempt at transcribing and I will continue to try upload the copy of the Court Proceedings. Perhpas one of you could help fill in the blanks...

For Toxey: Valuable Doc

Toxey, I have been thinking that your historical document Hall Bible should be left to a museum or library for preservation. As members of the DAR, we are encouraged to preserve all old historical documents. I am hoping that you have arranged for this vital source to be secure and not lost to history.

Joshua and Parker Hall

I think this could be a great clue. I have uploaded a photo of document that shows Joshua and a Parker Hall, along with a Mr. Dallam owning a tavern together. It appears Joshua may have been the primary owner. Parker Hall....hmmmmmmmmm????
